In 2020, I changed over to stamps because I mostly use the 1.94 stamp, so it saves me a lot of time both in line at the post office, and when tracking my expenses since I only have a few receipts each month instead of 30.
Maximum dimensions The maximum dimensions are 245 mm x 156 mm (9.6 inches x 6.1 inches). However, the maximum dimensions for cards and postcards to the U.S.A. Or an International destination are 235 mm x 120 mm (9.2 inches x 4.7 inches). Non-standard and oversize (0-500 g). But Canada Post says ' Customers may experience some delays'.They are liars and frauds. Media is silent. This needs to be a national news story and Canada Post needs to say 'Customers may experience 2-3 week delays'.

Boxes arrived wet, destroyed and horrible experience with customer service

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE - DAMAGED PRODUCTS, no acceptable solution found.
I ordered boxes that arrived all wet and damaged due to terrible storage conditions as the outside box of the shipment was dry and flawless so the issue definitely comes from their warehouse. At less than a month from Xmas, when everyone is back order for the product I need to ship my products in and run my business, Zakka asked me to send back the damaged products while having to wait for them to receive my package and then maybe - if the product is not back order on their end anymore (which it apparently is) - they would resend me an acceptable order. I can’t believe this is what this company has to offer in terms of customer service. I am now in big trouble with my business, I can’t ship all my products and have lost my money and a critical amount of time for my business. I would not encourage you to trust them for your business, too risky and too expensive in the end.A lot thicker than 17 mm

I've had to cut the tabs and sides of each box and refold along alternative lines in order to get these to fold small enough. It's a nightmare.
